LONG REVIEW: I visited this establishment with family. I decided to order food. I ordered a regular order of wings and a soda. My total was $23 and some change. They gave me a pager to alert me when my food was ready, but after an hour it hadn't gone off so i went to check on it. The young man in the kitchen tells me that he had paged me already & i tell him that the pager never went off and never left my hand. He then points to wings and fries (that they tried to give to my brother 30m before when they messed up his order) & tells me that it was mine. I tell him that it couldnt be mine because I only ordered wings. He then looks through the receipts & tell me that he messed up & added fries but that the order was mine. So this cold food that had been sitting for anyone to touch was mine and i was pissed. By this time my family was going to be leaving soon and he told me that it would take a long time to make a new order. I told him to just warm it up. I thought he did but when i got to the table the chicken had been warmed but the fries were ice cold. In addition to this the wings were bbq & i had ordered louisiana hot honey, so again that was not my order like i said the 1st time, but they didnt want to own up to their mistake or waste food and im not sure which. The little girl in the front taking orders messed up everybody's stuff & screwed up the pages & when called out on it she giggled and said "my bad". By the way it was 8 itty bitty wing dings for $19 that's supposed to feed 2. They must have meant 2 toddlers and they should add that part on the menu. Also, it is no longer a place for kids. It is simply an arcade. There's no ball pits, no slides, no riding toys, just strictly arcade games for bigger kids that would have more fun at Dave & Busters. To the owner: Please do not try to pacify me with the "we'll share your feedback with the team". You've said that to every unfavorable review and clearly there has been no change. How about actually doing better like repositioning your staff or hiring new ones. I will never patronize this...
Read moreEverything was wonderful EXCEPT the manager wasnt very helpful. I did not expect to leave with my 6 yr old heart broke on her birthday! We had previously celebrated her birthday because her birthday fell on a school day. So today is her actual bday, I thought we could have some fun by her self. Upon our arrival my daughter was so ecstatic it was her birthday she told everyone! Including the door monitor. The door monitor said if you speak with the manager you can pay $5 to go in the ticket blaster. So we do, and she was right! Well, on the front of the ticket blaster is the golden ticket promo! The women who unlocked the blaster assured my daughter she receives a golden ticket because it was her BIRTHDAY! She was so happy she was dancing! When the women returned she was very apologetic saying her manager would not let her get the golden ticket because she didn't have a party a chuckle cheese. You could imagine my daughter little world crumbling when the told her she could not have a golden ticket in which they had already told her she could. So thank you manager for breaking my daughter's heart and ruining her 6th BIRTHDAY! Great customer...
Read moreHaven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese in years. Visited the one on Airport highway this weekend. It was so bad. Employees were arguing. Employees had attitudes. One employee in particular was so dang annoying. He was up in everybody’s face as if he doesn’t know what space is and so childish. The kitchen was not available for a while.. not even for the birthday parties. I ordered a sampler once the kitchen opened and the fries were completely burnt. I had to ask for them to be remade and ended up waiting an hour and twenty minutes because they gave the batch they made for me to someone else (to which I had to ask about them twice) and even then the second batch was still burnt so I gave up and cut my losses. Majority of the employees were on their phones, even while helping customers. All I did was take notes and tried to stay as calm and respectful as possible especially because my son was having a great time playing games. And I wasn’t going to allow his Mommy & Me Day to be ruined. So if we go back, maybe in another 5 years, we’ll just go to play some games in order to pass some time. And not make it...
