Went in thinking they closed at 6. It was about 5 minutes till 4. The lady behind the register said hi can we help you. I said yes please. It's my first time buying scrubs. Not sure what I'm looking for. She said well we close in 5 minutes. She became really snotty. I said ok I'm sorry thought it was 6 when I looked online. She said no and went back to what she was doing. I pulled my phone out to check the store I had looked up. Another woman came from the back. She said can I help you. I repeated what I had said to the first woman. I have never bought scrubs. I have no clue what I need but class starts in a week. The lady said what time is it? I said almost 4. She said well you will have to come back tomorrow. I had finally pulled up Google on my phone and realized the place I had found was in the mall. I looked to my mom and said oh it was the one in the mall let's just go there. I thanked the lady and as we were walking away she said well if you don't find what you want there come back tomorrow. We are cheeper. Then the other lady says and better. By this time we were to the door. All I could think was well the customer service sucks and you could of just helped me quick so no I won't be back ever. They have lost all of my future sales. I asked the sales associate to call the location on Monroe Street to see if they were available. I sat forever waiting for no one to call. I then drove back across town to the location on Monroe street. There were two employees and I was the only customer.
