DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Toledo

DXL is a great place to shop if you're big, tall or bid & tall. Their clothes are excellent quality and the service is second to none.

They have a tailor on premises a couple days a week who can do alterations; even the associates can do some minor work if requested. I just bought a couple pair of dress slacks and they offered to put in permanent creases for $10 a pair, which I had them do. I was even allowed to watch the procedure, which was interesting.

I went all over Toledo to find wide shoes for my upcoming trip to Florida and couldn't find any. My Girlfriend suggested a big and tall store as a joke, but low and behold they had shoes that fit well! I wouldn't necessarily shop there for normal clothes because the prices are outrageous, but the service was outstanding, I was completely shocked when the gentleman asked me if I'd like a refreshment..... Where else in greater Toledo do...

Bought $220 worth of dress clothes to go to a funeral and went to get dressed and noticed the shirt had 2 stains on the back, took it back and was told by the sales lady no problem we will exchange it no problem. Manager comes in from lunch and looks at it and says no way you got sweat stains on it, I never even took the tags off of it or wore it. $75 down the drain. Look at the clothes carefully before you buy, I will go elsewhere...
