Spencer's — Local services in Toledo

Love the store, love the merchandise but the lady working the register was rude to put it politely. I've never felt unwelcome in the store until today.. I really don't know what her problem was but thats not how you treat someone patronizing your store. She gave mean looks the entire time me and my boyfriend were in the store and when I came up to her to finalize my purchase she rudely and flatly says "you done and ready?" She seemed as if I was wasting her time by buying my things when SHE was the cashier.. I don't know if she was having a bad day or she was homophobic but she shouldn't be running the register if she's going to have an attitude with anyone buying things. I don't rate this entire experience 1 star because the lady greeting people at the door was a superstar. She made me feel very welcome and was very polite. She deserves a raise while the girl at the register obviously needs retraining in...

Had a great experience there. Whether or not they’re out of style or I’m too old to wear them, I absolutely love seatbelt buckle belts. I didn’t see any at Hot Topic and the store clerk seemed overwhelmed so I went In search of Spencer’s. Once I arrived at Spencer’s I was absolutely blown away but how vibrant it was, how much variety was in the store, and how clean, tidy, and organized it was. Most importantly, I must say Sonia and Sherri are absolute rockstars. They greeted me and were beyond helpful to me in finding what I looked for. They had at least 10 or 12 belts to choose from. They let me know of specials they had. They were kind and made me feel welcomed in the store. They are certainly assets to your store.
