What a great experience with Ron, the owner. We showed up at ten minutes prior to close thinking we were going to have a quick in and out experience. He was on the phone with his wife and said bye to her and showed us around the store showing us everything. He's got a lot of knowledge and plenty of stories. He's older and definitely set in his ways and his thinking but I looked beyond that. We left there almost an hour later with him having given us his time to show us around. We got plenty of goodies as well as a few things he threw in that we were not expecting. This was the worst customer service I jave ever seen outside a television prank show. The "owner of this place" as he refered to himself, was so rude I could not believe how he spoke to myself nd my husband. Ridiculing my husband in front of other customers, making racially degrading remarks about past customers, if I could make a zero star review, this would be it. The whole experience was terrible.
