The staff was super helpful. The lane got.... confused.... a couple of times and recorded the wrong score, or didn't clear all of the pins, etc. Each time, there was a worker who was more than happy to help fix the issue. There is not a very big selection of non-alcoholic drinks. You pretty much have the choice of soda or the juices commonly used for mixers: orange, cranberry, and I believe they said apple. The bar is very clean, has beautiful decor (check out the gorgeous barrel tables!), and a good selection of games. There are lockers available for belongings. This is the first time that I have been disappointed in the cocktails. I've never seen the bartenders before. We were there on 1/30/25 and we had to buy a shot to add to our drinks. We were drinking whiskey and mountain dew and diet Pepsi in a short glass. I finally had to order doubles in our short glass and spend extra just to taste the whiskey. We usually love this place, but the bartender Pam should not be a bartender. Was not attentive at all. We were her only bar guests and we waited 15-20 min for a new drink every time. We literally had to yell “hey!” (And not in a rude way either) but just to get service. We were very polite and tipped her well because that’s how we are. But we should not have. She either needs more training or to not be behind a bar. Everything else was great....
