Ok, I'm newly engaged as of 12-12-15!! Me and my partner went looking for engagement rings together and found two that we REALLY liked and wasn't gonna break us in price. So her ring was a size 4 and her ring finger was a size 8, from where we purchased the rings, we thought it was nothing to get them sized because my ring was waaayyy too big and needed to come down to an 8 also. So we said ok this will be an easy fix if we take the extra from my ring and add to her ring to make both fit just right. The sales lady told us to go next door to get the rings sized, that is where most people go, so we said ok. I don't remember the name of the shop but the guy gave me an 80$ quote that I was not paying for after paying what we paid for the rings. I asked him is there anything else he can do, he said no, that is the best and lowest he can do because of the amount that he have to bring my partners ring in size up to. I said ok thank you and went looking for another place. I had to google for my area and came across Regal which was literally in the next parking lot. So, I go in the store scared of what might be said and my rings not getting sized because of the ridiculous amount of dollars I might have to pay. As I'm walking in, I'm greeted by smiles and easy service, after explaining my situation to Michael and his wife, me and my partner received our engagement rings looking better than they did when we brought them in. Michael told me that bringing the size 4 ring up to an 8 is difficult but possible, that it might turn out egg shaped and he noticed on my ring that there were blemishes that I did not see off the back and he could fix. Our rings were more than Awesome, they were perfect!! And the price was right for my pockets!! If you need your jewelry either fixed or your looking to buy, I truly believe Regal Jewelers is the place...
Read moreMy wife and I had a wonderful experience with Regal Jewelers. Her wedding rings needed to be resized for about a year and I was hesitant about taking them to the store because I wanted to make sure that the resizing was perfect and accurate. My wife wanted to go up 1.5 size to be safe. Michael advised us to stick to sizing up only 1 size and even told us that the ring I bought was a different size than what we thought! Michael was incredibly courteous and helpful! He walked us through the resizing process and methods to ensure that the quality of my wife's rings remained intact. We were able to pick it up the next day! When my wife received her rings, we were both amazed at how gleaming and shiny they were. They looked even better from when I bought them! Michael showed us a picture of him cutting the ring--just like he promised and also shared that he made sure to clean the ring so it looked better than new. We are very satisfied with our experience at this store. Michael and his wife provided an awesome service! My wife has been so happy to be able to wear her rings again and I'm grateful that Regal Jewelers helped me to put a smile on her face. Michael made it clear with his workmanship that he has been working on jewelry since he was a kid. I will definitely be coming back here for any jewelry work I need done. Regal Jewelers is also great for any watch repair you might need because the owner of the store, Mr. Frank Lendvai, trained in Switzerland and has more than 40 years of experience...
Read moreDo not trust to these people. Be very careful when you get quote from them and make sure everything is written in detail as they change the price when you want to pick up your order. They gave me the receipt, but they did not mention the price in the recipet. When I went to pick up my order, they totally changed the price. Unfortunately, I had to take he jewelry from them as my precious stones (provided by myself) were set in the gold. She charged me $400 for a very simple 1 mm. ring in order to place a gemstone on top of that. I provided the gemstone by myself and they charge me $400 for a only 1 mm. ring without any diamond and etc,. She claimed that she told me the price before, but she had told me a totaly different explanation of the ring. They sold a chain to me for $250 but after I took the chain to evaluate the price, it was around $100-$120. Additionally, I noticed that the chain which was used to set some Gemstones in that, was shorter than what I ordered. Do not trust them and make sure every thing is written. If it was a grade less than one, I would...
