As someone who frequents subway quite often this was probably one of my worst experiences. Ordered two Philly sandwich meals of the day, and one tuna sandwich by itself. When it came to pay she( sunny)couldn’t figure out how to charge me correctly, I asked why she kept charging for a drink and chips when the $6.99 included chips and drinks. She stated this was how her manager showed her and she’s been there 4 months so she knows a little about what she’s doing. She claimed to almost have a nervous breakdown as people started to come in. Needless to say my food had been sitting there and she started to get louder and more rude because she didn’t know how to charge me correctly. She stated for $25 and you’re feeding three people that’s a good deal to me as she looked to the other customers. Like I didn’t want to pay for my food or something. I responded by telling her I’m not going to sit here and argue over a few dollars but she needed to charge me correctly. Read moreWhen picking up our order for 3 sandwiches I noticed there were only 2 sandwiches in bag. They said I only ordered 2 so I showed my order on my phone showing I ordered and paid for 3. I was told the one missing sandwich was the All American Club so they made that for me and attached my receipt to the bag. When I got home to hand out the sandwiches none of them were correct. The receipt shows everything that was ordered, ham sub (nothing but ham, cheese & bread), turkey sub with a lot of extras and all American club with a lot of extras. There was no ham sub but there was a subway club with a lot of extras that we had to remove along with the beef & turkey to make it a ham sub. The other 2 sandwiches did not have the oil and red wine vinegar and both were toasted which we didn’t order. All and all we are very disappointed with our order and will probably not go back to this location even though...

Worst customer service of any fast food restaurant I've ever experienced in Tomball. Placed an online order an hour in advance to take to my daughter at school. Watched the online status all the way to being prepared before showing up at the scheduled pickup time only to be told they have no online orders in the system, don't have my order ready and can't do anything to rectify it. Can't call the manager, can't remake the order, don't care about my email confirmation etc. Older female employee was the only one working and did not make any effort whatsoever to fix the problem or actually sell any food.
