I wish I was able to give this review a higher rating but several things prevent that. The summer weather may play a role in the overall poor foot traffic but attendance was not very good. It was very hot and windy - so much so that vendors were given the option to begin disassembling an hour early. While that was appreciated, it didn't really cover the lackluster sales. The owners took the poor foot traffic and weather into consideration and made the right decision so they did try their best to accommodate the vendors. It was my first showing at this venue and I sustained some merchandise damage due to high winds. Not always avoidable but again, it cut into my profit margin. I am going to try this venue one more time to be fair and hope for a better...

I ordered a custom mascot hat and unfortunately the item was sent back due to insufficient address (which in no way is Custom Santa Hats' fault). I called to hopefully get the issue resolved and had the fortune of speaking with Anthony. Anthony was so incredibly helpful, kind and patient. He really helped me out and set up overnight shipping to ensure I have the item in hand prior to my event this coming Saturday. Anthony went out of his way to help me out and ensure I got my product in time. Custom Santa Hats has incredible customer service and an incredible staff member, Anthony. Thank you guys! Now our mascot will have bunny ears at our Spring Fling event...
