I did my first pick up order ever here at 9am. They gave me a pick up time of noon-1pm. I showed up at 12:30p. Parked in spot #5 and called the number. Told the person on the phone my name and spot number. They put me on hold for over 5 min before I hung up and called again. A new person answered, I told them my name, and spot number and I heard someone in the background repeat my name. They told me that they called me and told me my order wasn't going to be ready for a few more hours. They called my wife 5 min ago..... Yes, while I was on hold, they called my wife to tell her the order wasn't going to be ready for hours...How is this ok? I placed my order 3.5 hours ago! And you call me while I'm in the parking lot to tell me it's not going to be ready for hours??? I told them I live 20 min away, I'm not coming back. Just cancel the order and I'll shop myself. Honestly, they should have just delivered the order to me, since APPARENTLY your first delivery order is free.

Also, they still haven't credited my credit card back. So, I may have to start a claim against them with my CC company.

Produce always seems rotten or on its way to being rotten. Always find that sale items are out of date. Prices are much higher than Shop Rite but less busy. Not sure how anyone can say they have great produce or meats??? I always find rotten fruit, tons of fruit flies by the fruit. I buy the cuts of meat that are supposed to be the good cuts but they are not! The male cashier with black hair in his 20s is extremely rude. Never says hello never says have a nice day never even tells you how much your order came to! Always have to ask! He is mostly at the self serve registers lately, probably too many customers complaining about him! I dread my weekly visit to this store. Wish there was an alternative to Stop and Shop besides Shop Rite😕 I miss Food town and Pathmark. They had great sales and fresh...
