I have no confidence in my ability to pick lampshades, and Lynn helped me in finding a perfect match and working with a type of hoop I'd never seen before. Price was fantastic, $35 for a lamp I really wanted to keep. Their lampshade selection is rather constrained at the moment, with a major supplier no longer in business, but they'll walk you through it as well as you'll get anywhere.
