I was brought down to this store by a friend without knowing where I was going.
I didn't bring my wallet. My friend had to pick up a few things. While checking out we were making small talk and I told the clerk I liked the store. The place had nothing rare, limited stock.. somewhat charming location for a south jersey standard lol.
Her response came from a place of bitterness. The clerk rudely said "then why dont you buy something??" in a super arrogant tone.
Well for your information lady I actually may have on a trip back but NOT NOW! R U D E Plastic shaman only has "positive vibes" for you if you bring your wallet! Was my friends purchase not good enough?? For at least your respect? Hope she can heal that bitterness. It will never inspire growth, especially not in a small business.

im a young customer who was treated poorly here the woman at the front desk was rude to me. period. not some scorned ex business partner, you are delusional luv. treat people kinder and karma like this wont come back at you
you try to frame it like it's a sweet, welcoming small business plagued with trolls.. it's not. what i experienced was not the "good vibes" as advertised
inevitably this business will fail, clearly run by a manipulative liar sad for whoever owns it because bad management is definitely scaring customers off

Read moreGreat store. FABULOUS STORE. Nice girl was very friendly and helped us and showed us around. She was great! The other girl appeared after a few minutes and watched us like we were thieves. Even though every thing I bought I placed on the counter in the front so I could look and not carry my things. She wasn’t nice either. The beautiful cat Hekate was so friendly and loved attention and the girl seemed mad at that. Repeatedly calling the cat away from a woman I was with who was getting a lot of attention from the cat. The woman sat on the floor to pet the cat and the girl told her to get up bc she was a safety hazard. I was SHOCKED. She wasn’t in the way at all and there were only two other people in the store in another area. The then took the cat behind the counter. The woman I was with seemed upset and paid for her items and told me she would wait in the car. Her and her partner left the store. I then paid and left. The girl made it very uncomfortable. I love it here but won’t buy again if that girl is working and comes near me. The second she is over my shoulder and directly watching me in that way, I’m leaving. I’m middle aged woman, and I don’t need a babysitter. The girl with the short black hair was incredible and so welcoming and friendly. This other girl isn’t good for business. Read moreVery disappointed. As a business owner myself I try not to leave negative reviews but this upset me. I’ve been supporting Tina’s for years. I purchased a necklace from there made by The gilded witch, I got home, went to put in on and the clasp fell off. I thought it was the o-ring and was just going to fix it myself but the actual chain link was broken. Not even an hour later I went back. I just wanted them to order me a new one. It was obviously defective. Idk if they were insinuating I broke it or not because they said since it was whole when I left they can’t do anything and gave me a 15% off coupon. I’ve contacted the company myself to hopefully rectify this situation. Something Tina’s should have done… This is terrible customer service on Tina’s part and I will most likely not be returning after all these years. You just lost a loyal customer.
UPDATE: the Gilded Witch responded quickly and was more than happy to replace the defective item. Extremely happy with the customer service that they offered. And next time will purchase from...
