Will not be ordering from here again. Ordered a Caesar salad and chicken soup for pickup on my lunch break. Went in 15/20 minutes after my order was placed and still was not ready even though it was not that busy. But I was understanding and waited. They put food out to which the delivery driver told me it was my order I looked at the ticket and that’s what it said so I picked it up and left. When I got back to work I realized it was my soup but not my salad instead a burger. I know mistakes happen especially in the food business so I politely called back to let them know (as I can’t eat red meat ). The counter girl (who told me she was the manager in for today) instantly gave me an attitude and blamed me for picking up the order that had my ticket on it and the delivery driver said was mine. I asked for the salad to be delivered since it took my whole lunch break to pick up my order and her response was “you have to wait until there’s a driver available and I want the burger back” in a snarky voice. Which I had no problem doing since I can’t eat it anyway. I’ve worked in a few pizza restaurants and would never speak to any human this way let alone a paying customer. They refused to let me speak to the owner and wouldn’t refund me. My business will now be going to Veraces pizza down the street who’s has better food and nice...

Wow! I have faithfully ordered from here during Covid and before. I have always enjoyed their food and generously tipped drivers for delivery. Tonight I ordered. Paid way too much for 2 large pies with extras that were not given. Asked for light baked and they were not. Took almost 2 hours. Food was cold. Also ordered a sub, mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers. I paid 90.00 with a 15.00 tip. Each pie was at least 25.00. What happened to this place? So disappointed! Are there new owners?? Delivery guy did not say anything.. No thank you for my generous tip. I will never order from here again. Sorry, but this experience turned me off. Ordered a pie at about 4, I picked it up and shared it with my friend and 2 brothers. The pizza’s appearance was absolutely atrocious and I couldn’t even finish an extremely small slice. Pizza was hardly even cut, had to re-cut it on the table at my house. Cheese wasn’t solidly on the pizza, slipped off the slices and the pizza was undercooked as the dough was moist below the sauce and cheese. Speaking of the cheese, that was the best part (not saying much) but it was too bad because I couldn’t even finish one small slice. I’m disturbed at their audacity to fold over the pie because it didn’t fit in the box, and there was no disclaimer of this. 3 slices automatically had to be thrown out because of the fold-over.
