Food: The food. Perfectly cooked and tasty. Every bite had flavor. If you are in the area, it is a must try.

Counter Staff: The front desk was clean, but I was distracted by the amount of non-business conversations going on with the employees. I will still state that they were polite, friendly, and courteous. The food was even delivered right to my table unexpectedly and it was quick, polite, and friendly.

Menu: I attached the current menu they had on had the day of my visit. It appears they covered the usual breakfast amenities. Menu was easy, clean to read.

Overall Experience: The bagel shop was not overcrowded, and still had a decent amount of people in it. The staff was polite, and the food was good. I’ve been living in Silverton for 3 years now. Finally I feel well enough versed to write an honest review. Silver Bay is the best bagel shop here. I say this because yes, their bagels are excellent, and I feel that types and quality of bagel is really a preference and can be debated but as far as a shop, they are the best. Everyone is as friendly as you could probably ask them to be. The food is great quality (Try the Porkroll Egg & Cheese on an Everything Bagel or the French Toast Platter - challah bread? - eggs your way - pick of meat and some good god incredible hash browns no idea why they are so good, cant figure it out) They slice their porkroll the right way, thin, perfectly crisp. Small buisesnes owner with big service values and qualities. I've been stopping in for for some time to try different things to offer a fair review. While sitting with others who visit. They have the same reviews, good food, prices are fair and with in reason, mixed ages groups and diversity of customers. The owner makes an effort getting to know his customers.
