I love Walgreens, I’ve always chosen to shop for products and use the pharmacy, over Rite Aid and CVS. I recently moved locations because it’s closer to my doctors office. The pharmacy at this location isn’t like the otherS . I get different stories from each staff member and they’re rude . Until I met Samantha. B ! She was super friendly and helpful and the only reason I didn’t change pharmacies. There is also an Asian female pharmacist and another blonde pharmacist with an accent who are both amazing, quick and friendly. Their customer service is great and should be acknowledged. I literally dreaded going to pick up my prescriptions because of the rude staff bc they’re no good and their attitudes are horrible. I’ve noticed other customers getting upset and walking away mad.
As for the store, when shopping for products and other merchandise-the staff is always welcoming. They say hello when you walk in. They’re helpful but not too overwhelming . When you check out they’re great. Except for this one guy who literally dropped every item I was purchasing-including a mug I was buying for my sons teacher as a gift. He could have had an off day or that’s just him as a person. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, so we’ll see next time . I’m at Walgreens a lot. Everyone makes fun of me bc of how much I’m there shopping for hair, skin, make up products lol 💄🏪💊 . This won’t change my thoughts on Walgreens but for this particular location, If the bad customer service continues , I will not continue to spend my money there . However, time management is a skill and clearly it’s missing there. Another aspect of using this Walgreens is the empathy and interest that the manager or district manager showed of course his job is to Defend his employees and their policy. However, in the business, I’m in the customer is always right. And furthermore, when you have customers who interject in a conversation and put their two cents in and the manager doesn’t address, it create even more animosity directed at the entire Walgreens brand. Lost my phone in Walgreen's (now mind you, I have been in that store shopping for over 30 years)... not one person would help me, and not one person would let me use a phone to call mine!! One of the cashiers said to me.. why don't you call it, I was really...with what phone. The store was packed with customers, and not one person would help me, and even the stores Assistant Manager told me I couldn't use the store phone cause it doesn't dial out like that!! (At this point, my head has completely spun around).. well, I finally found it!! I just can't believe that we live in a world with people who are so shallow!!
