I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Link necklaces and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Not only did they fail to deliver the merchandise I ordered, but their lack of assistance in refunding my money made the whole ordeal even worse.

Days turned into weeks, and still, there was no sign of my order. It become evident that Link Necklaces had no intention of fulfilling their end of the transaction. At this point, I decided to request a refund, hoping for a swift resolution to this nightmare.

However, the nightmare continued as Link Necklaces, proved to be unhelpful and uncooperative. The owners were dismissive, showing a complete lack of empathy towards my situation. It was as if they didn't care about their customer or the negative impact their actions had on them.

Despite providing all information Link Necklaces has continued to drag their feet, making excuses and delaying the refund process. It was clear that they had no intention of rectifying their mistake or taking responsibility for their actions.

As a consumer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and accountability from any business I choose to support. Unfortunately, Link Necklaces, failed to meet even the most basic standards. Their lack of integrity and disregard for their customers' satisfaction is truly disheartening.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Link Necklaces to think twice. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted time. There are countless other reputable businesses out there that deserve your support and will provide you with the service you deserve.

I’m officially a LINK Super Fan!

I recently discovered LINK Necklaces and have quickly become addicted. The concept is so clever — each necklace has a special round clasp (a “link”) that you can attach charms or other links to, which allows you to style and wear the same necklace in many different ways. I’m truly obsessed.

But what really blew me away about this company was the customer service.

Right after receiving my second order, I was trying on one of the links and charms in front of my bathroom mirror — and they slipped out of my hand and went straight down drain. I was so upset! Later that evening I emailed to ask if there was any kind of discount they could offer to help me replace the pieces.

I didn’t expect what happened next: the founder, Boukje (“Be”), wrote me such a lovely and empathetic response. She offered to replace the items, only asking that I pay for shipping. That kind of care and attention is so rare.

Love, Love these necklaces!! I got two different chains with separate lengths and they are great worn alone or together for layering pieces... the different little pendents are fantastic as well and love that I can switch them out so easily depending on the day! The Lotus is my favorite but I like putting two of the pendents together to give a more layered look as well. Lastly, what I probably like the most about them is the circular clasp that opens and closes so easily and at the same time looks like a beautiful front part of the necklace versus a plain sort of ugly clasp that you try to keep to the back of your neck.
