Dropped of an amplifier for a home stereo system for repair. TWO MONTHS LATER STILL NOT REPAIRED! Went and got car starter installed - had to come back for installer to complete job (parking lights did not come on when vehicle started). Had amplifier installed in truck, was told I'd get $20 off starter install for inconvenience from starter.. Never got that discount. If you're too lazy to drive to Buffalo to get your work done then go here.Otherwise, stay away. incompetent owner and staff. I absolutely love my remote start. I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla and it works perfectly. I got the better one that was a little more expensive but well worth it. I love the warranty knowing if I get another car the starter can be reinstalled in that car and the life time warranty goes with it. I don't have to purchase a different one. These guys are magicians! We ordered component speakers and brackets through another company’s website but the brackets that came did not fit the speakers correctly. Through dedication and his own ingenuity, Tim was able to make everything work properly and install them perfectly in a timely manner. They did not even charge us for the extra work that was needed to install the speakers. I can’t recommend this...
