As Iāve said before, everyone at these locations is incredible, but I have to give a huge shoutout and my unending gratitude to Christie during my last visit!!! Iāve been having a miserable time with my skin lately, and had been trying so many different things, thinking āthis next cream will really fix itā. But my issue was so much deeper than that, after seeing Ashton the Botox queen and having an in depth conversation with her about my struggles, she recommend I do a consult with Christie. I booked in immediately, desperate for some answers and clarity. Christie walked me through the science of what was happening with my skin, and options we had to truly reset it along with my natural moisture barrier. After her incredibly thorough and detailed explanations, I chose to go forward with the PRP with Christie. When I say she is like a gentle wave- a soft power, a whispered caress with each of her precise movements and technique- I mean you will feel like youāre diving into a serene whirlpool just the right temperature for you just from being in her presence. Iāll be honest, the PRP was a little intense, but Christie made the entire process FUN. She had a juice box ready for me, her kind smile, and her magnificent skills. She walked me through every step of the process with such kindness and care and moved through the procedure with a practiced ease many providers would envy. She even pulled in Ashton to help knowing how instantly comfortable I was when I first saw Ashton, and Ashton went above and beyond as well, telling me at my last appointment that she would try to be in there with me because she knew I was nervous. THANK YOU ASHTON! THANK YOU CHRISTIE!!! I cannot, absolutely cannot, say enough phenomenal things about how compassionate, considerate and calm Christie was with me the entire time. I can be a rather anxious person in general, and I know itās not always easy to deal with my excitability, but Iāve only ever felt safe, accepted and my beautiful self when I come to see the incredible providers here. And Christie is beyond phenomenal, she is a pillar of expertise and magnanimity, with talents reaching so much further than the majority of providers in her field, she holds herself with a level of grace and professionalism so far ahead of that of seasoned doctors. I'm on day two of healing, and my skin already feels better for the first time in what feels like YEARS! Two dermatologists and countless wasted beauty creams later⦠I wish, I WISH I had come in to see Christie sooner!!! Sheās saved my skin in a way I didnāt think possible, and Iām not even fully healed yet!!! If she hadnāt explained the science of PRP to me in so much depth, Iād think this was magic!!!! So if youāre anything like me, a struggling gal in her thirties with the skin texture of an Egyptian mummy and the structural integrity of crepe paper, please, please spare yourself the pain and hopelessness and wasted efforts of trying this topical and that facial, and come in and see Christie. Book a consult with her, for the love of god please, before you pour anymore of yourself into counterproductive short reprieves! Sheāll get to the root cause of your issues, and drum up a plan of action from there that will leave you feeling heard, cared for, and generally speechless!!! Seriously, what are you waiting for?!? I know Iām not the only crusty Katie out here whoās been banging her head against the wall wondering if Iāve got leprosy with the state my skin had been in (dramatic I know, but I also know some of YOU will know the exact struggle Iām describing!). Go see Christie, seriously!!! Let her take the guess work out for you, get you exactly what you NEED, and help you feel like your fabulous self every step of the way!!!!! Sheās a dynamo of a human and an incomparable provider in every facet!!!!!!! Now go go go go, get booked up with her and thank...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI think everyone at the location I have gone to has been wonderful. Very professional and the East Amherst location is very clean and has a nice aesthetic. Over the last year, I have had Botox, lip filler and Morpheus8 done on my face here. The Morpheus8 I wish I would not have done because it left discoloration on my neck and melted fat under my chin that makes it look older, not younger. For obvious reasons, I would not go back for mulitple sessions. I was also, never looking for surgical results. I did not think it would cause discoloration or make my neck look worse. There is an expectation there. It did not make a difference on my face. I had a horrible break out after too. That was after buying their $80 facial and body oil to ensure the best possible after care. The Botox is priced to reel you in. Although itās not much lower in price, itās still a savings, IF, you like going back every 3 months. Itās not an overall savings. Itās an in the moment savings. Iād rather pay the extra $80 and go every 5 months and have better coverage. The ānatural lookā as they call it, causes wrinkles/creases in places I did not have them before because of the awkwardness in how well it worked. Since they use much less product, it does not give the same results. I have gotten botox for just over 3 years, and the last year at this location. I have not been satisified. I have had to be treated every three months vs. every 5 months. While I can afford to do it every 3 months, it would not be finanically responsible to do so since I have had experienced better results with less treatments and overall expense at other excellent providers. One year of doing this was enough for me. Younger people who are just starting out, might be alright using less product and maybe it would last longer. For those of us in our mid 40ās, itās not what I am used to from my former providers.
Response to BA Response: There is an insinuation in the response regarding continuity of care, which is entirely inappropriate. It is also based on assumptions that do not apply to my situation. I used my appointment to ask several questions after being a patient over the last year and having repeatedly addressed my concerns. I don't have the liberty of stopping in every two weeks to receive more product that I should have just been given during my original visit. This is why I left my appointment yesterday. I also left because the "sale" didn't seem to apply to what I was requesting, nor did the regular daily pricing. I have never had a "frozen" look, I am used to having the amount of product be effective. That has not been my experience in two of the treated areas. Buffalo aesthetics is also not my original provider, and I have had these treatments before without issue or "side effects" just because my botox lasted longer when I was treated by my last provider. LOL. That is kind of comical. This is not my first rodeo, which is why my review relects my own experience. As such, my experience has been different here as I attest to above. Your sales pitch is also unnecessary as, everyone can read this information on your website. My review is not the place to attempt to discount my experience. I think that is unprofessional and prior to this, I had a lot of respect for all of the staff/providers. You do not need to agree with me. If you didn't want an honest review, you should not have sent me the link with the request to review. You should also be very careful discussing medical things in a response to a customers personal experience, as that could suggest that you are insinuating to readers that the reviewer relates to that information and could violate...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhere to even begin! I had such an amazing experience with injector Jenn Brien at Buffalo Aesthetics! Over the last 3-4 years I have tried Botox to lift my eyebrows with so many different injectors, and time after time, was so disappointed with the results. It worked the first two times I tried it, and it never worked again. I continued to try about a total of 10 more times, and each time I ended up wasting money and time because it didnāt work. I had resigned myself to the fact that I was immune to Botox, and that Iād have to save up my money and get a surgical brow lift. However when I visited Jenn (who is a PA and has almost 2 decades of experience) that all changed. I went in for lip filler, and asked what lasers could possibly help lift my brows and give me more of an āawakeā look. She suggested I try dysport (which is a muscle relaxant like Botox) When I told her how many times I tried it in the past with zero results, she very confidently said, āno trust me, it will work!ā I couldnāt say no! She was so sure about it, that I figured Iād give it one last shot, and boy am I glad that I did! Within 2-3 days of her injections, my brows had completely lifted! Not only that, but my droopy eyelids that always made me look tired were lifted and smoothed out! I finally look awake and refreshed, and havenāt felt this confident in a long time! She also did a wonderful job on my lips! Iāve had my lips done in the past and always end up with a big bruise somewhere. When she injected me I had no noticeable bruising and the swelling lasted only about a day! If you are considering any injectables, or havenāt had luck with them at other medspaās, please go see Jenn at Buffalo Aesthetics, you will be thrilled with...
