What an awful experience. I order two drinks both were iced and after 28 minutes of waiting I finally got my drinks and one of them was hot so they had to remake it, which added another 10 minutes onto the wait. They said they got a batch of bad lids so all of the ice drinks were spilling everywhere. It was a complete disaster. When my son had to use the bathroom and the bathroom door was locked, so I kindly asked for a key and they laughed and gave me a weird look as to why I asked for a key. They said we don’t lock the bathroom.and I said well, the door is locked, and then three of them continue to laugh and say we don’t lack the bathroom, making me very embarrassed, and my son on the verge of peeing his pants when I simply just wanted the key. So there was a guy in there that didn’t answer when I kept knocking so not his fault, But simply, they could’ve said there must be somebody in there instead of making me, embarrassed and cry. Read moreI love the fact that this location is on the corner of where I live. However, I use the app and would go almost daily. I would only get a good drink at least once a week. I’ve had more poorly made drinks than I have had good ones. Either the wrong ingredients or like yesterday ordered a large matcha green tea and the entire glass was filled with ice. I’ve stopped going as much. Now it’s maybe once a week. It’s like there are no standards at this location. I have called and complained when my drink has been very wrong because $10 for a drink is ridiculous to get wrong. I’ve done that twice. I hate doing it, but I hate that it ruins my morning when simple directions aren’t followed and I spent that much for a drink. I hate to say it, but I have an alternate drink I can get at Tim Hortons or Spot Coffee and if something doesn’t change with this location, it won’t see my business anymore. Not that they would care. Read moreI love Starbucks! Their regular coffee is nothing to right home about! It's always so strong and bitter tasting and you can even get the blonde roast, still bitter tasting. I can brew it at home or even in my Keurig and it's not bitter tasting like how it is at the stand up locations. But nobody and I mean nobody can come close to their awesome lattes or cappuccinos, hot or cold! Even their specialty drinks other than "coffee" is outstanding! This particular location was so loud (the music) I could not hear the baristas answers to my questions. I know that's a petty thing and I usually would not have been bothered by something so small so if I'm saying something than that music must have been LOUD!! After my interaction with this barista she actually went and turned the music down. I honestly believe she had an issue hearing me also, I have a big mouth lol so if she was having issues hearing me then the music was blaring!!!
