I worked at the Niagara Falls location in Deli department. I can speak for SURE when i say MY store was 100% SUPER CLEAN...staffed very well and stocked! I came into this location as I now work on the Island and was pleasantly surprised!! At my former location we would hear "rumors" but let's just say they either all were UN true...OR corrected! Deli department Tana (Sorry i mis spelled your name) cut my Charlie the butcher roast beef. Was rare like it should be, sealed and fresh and cut to right thickness. I then moved to the seafood department for fresh fish. Found a gentlemen there that worked at MAJOR seafood places for 15 years! Iam NEW to cooking and eating more fish...and DO NOT want the lower grade and look to see where it came from, how it was feed etc...I wish i could remember his name. He educated me BEYOND and i bought some fresh cod fillets! (He was SUPER) I THEN headed to the bakery for rolls. WOW either you keep fresh 24/7 OR i came at the PERFECT time. I did self check out and my scanner kept acting up and i was assisted right away! She counted my items...making sure all was correct and correct price as i double scanned my turkey ham. And i left VERY Happy. Thanks staff. I KNOW how hard you all work. I appreciate it and WILL be considering to change to this and my former location I worked at...as my ONLY 2 Tops. IF one Niagara falls...GO!!! YOU HAVE JUST AS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. want FRESH fried or cooked chicken from cafe?? Also ask to drop it hot...it takes 20mins to hour depending on if chicken, wings, a fish fry, etc....GREAT...

I went to get some baby food for my youngest son and was also in the mood for "Asian style" cuisine, the P.F. Chang's beef and broccoli that I was previously drooling over in the frozen food aisle was a terrible disappointment much like the weather in Buffalo right now.The quality of the "meat" was like thick highly irregular slabs and chunks of roast beef. WAY too much sauce with NO flavor beyond the overpowering sesame flavor and VERY little broccoli. Do better P.F Chang's you done fell Off on THAT dish. Like, companies NEED to stop being cheap and put some chunks of real meat in there NOT the modified crap with binders and starches ya dig? My Bibigo dumplings were Ok, but I am not a fan of basically raw onions in my dumplings, I could have did without the onion to be honest fortunately the super tasty sauce that's included totally made up for that. I had purchased several beverages as well, such as Suja, Evolution fresh, and Naked glorious greens reduced sugar option.There was another one, a living beverage? in a glass jar with a yellow lid but I cannot remember the name but it's in the produce section with the kombucha if that helps. Very refreshing, utterly delightful and crisp tasting. Like a healthy lemonade! Have purchased previously, will update with the brand. (Update:It's Sol-ti) A nice guy behind me at the register offered to go get an item for me that I forgot and was just too tired to go back through the line twice. It was a very nice gesture, very kind of him and his wife or gf is a lucky lady. Sigh. Are you happy...

!-14-2116 8:18pm Today while waiting to be checked out at Tops, the cashier who was the assistant manager left the register without saying anything. Not even like, "be right back" or anything. Then to returned 5 minutes later and she didn't say, "hi you find every thing"? She said nothing but rang me out. told me the total no thank you nothing if leadership starts at the TOP and the Assistant Managers are treating Customers like this why would any one want to spend money at this store I do believe she needs to re read the Employee hand book and realize that you greet your customers with a Hello,Smile,Did you find everything and if it's asking to much please let me know and i'll spend my Hard Earned Dollars Else where Like Wegmans where they do treat all customers like valued customers My friend whom was shopping in line behind me said she didn't speak to him either so I feel the need to let...
