Warning! Don't expect any kind of customer service treatment. Today is the 6th of June, 2020 and I decided for the first time to try their food. My order was number 24 (if somebody from the staff is reading I hope you remember this), I ordered fried wontons with pork, spring rolls, house special lo mein noodles, shrimp fried rice, sesame chicken and orange chicken. When I got my order I thought of making sure I got the right one but I didn't.. next time I'll listen to my intuition. Anyway, I got home and started unpacking my order and guess what, no orange chicken in the bag! Instead I got an order of chicken wings. I call the place and I happen to get the same lady who took my order on the phone and explain to her that there's a problem with my order, I ordered orange chicken not chicken wings so naturally she starts talking with (I'm guessing the boss) and after an exchange of arguments she picks up the phone and asks "what's the problem?" I tell her the same thing I told the lady and she tells me that order #24 is spring rolls, fried wontons with pork, house lo mein noodles, shrimp fried rice, sesame chicken and chicken wings! I say, no I ordered orange chicken not chicken wings and she says "okay, so what do you want me to do?" I was simply amazed with the tone in which she said it! My only guessing is she was probably under stress at the moment, but everybody in the food business knows better, that customers should be treated better than that! So I just said "wow, never mind don't do anything, thanks bye". I decided to drop off the untouched chicken wings in the bag with the receipt and all, didn't make a scene, just dropped it off in a cartboard box in which they had all order signed receipts and left. I wasn't even gonna write a review but I figured people should be warned. I could write a review of their food but the treatment I got was worse so I figured it's better to let people know how they treat their customers and let them find out on their own the quality of the food they serve. I know for sure I'm never...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePhenomenal service, reminds me good people still exist. Made an order through doordash, the dasher made a mistake and switched the double dash orders, doordash refused over and over to give me my refund or a reorder. That's theft. I'm a disabled women who can't cook for herself without my husband being home who inturn for this situation had to leave work so I could eat. My husband decided it was worth a shot to go talk to the restaurant, it was. The immediately explained their predicament in this situation but was determined to help. They called the doordash merchant line and the refund was made and they gave us food before that was even confirmed because they wanted to make this right. They knew the orders where mixed up and baffled I still hadn't gotten my order. On top of that, the food was AMAZING. It reminded me of being a teenager and eating mall Chinese food. Reminded me of simpler times like it really was made with passion and love for cooking, not just to make money. They have found loyal customers in us!! We look forward to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA lot of the times the food is good. They listen to you truly and take note if you want extra sauce or well done. And sometimes the food will be bland or soggy. Which is unfortunate cause your really looking forward to eating their food knowing itās usually good. Clean place, thereās tables to sit and eat or take it to go. They donāt have delivery. You can phone in and order. Make sure to hold onto your receipt if your stepping out or in general cause they call by order number. They wonāt put soy/duck sauce or napkins or cutlery in the bag so make sure to grab them on your way out!! Wish they did put in one soy/duck sauce when your ordering something like egg rolls or spring rolls cause sometimes I forget and itās too late when Iām home already :(
They do accept card but they have a minimum of $10. Or atms are around I think. M&T is in the...
