We purchased an appliance suite from Arlen's during the Covid supply chain fiasco. Although there were delays and damaged items that were delivered to the store, our Arlen's friends took marvelous care of us the entire time. They kept us appraised as to what was happening with delays and even rejected damaged pieces on our behalf. They are about customer service and quality all the way! We had issues with some of the appliances (again, Covid workmanship during that time). Arlen's service department guys went WAY above and beyond, worked directly with the company so we didn't have to deal with it ourselves. We live half an hour from the shop and the guys were out here several times working on the issues until they had everything fixed. They even notified us after purchases that they located applicable rebates we could apply for. We were in the middle of a move at the time and Arlen's office staff did everything possible to help me meet the rebate deadline which resulted in a very nice return. Even through all the Covid drama and supply chain delays, every employee we worked with at Arlen's was nothing but professional, understanding, and doggedly determined to provide the best customer service through some challenging issues. Just before covid we purchased a washer and dryer. Just as covid hit we had an issue with our dryer. When I called they said they were very busy and they would come out when they had business in our area. We called two more times. A few months ago we purchased our stove and refrigerator. When they came they looked at the dryer and ordered a timer knob for it. Charged us $35.00. Now it’s not the knob. It’s the motor behind it. Now my dryer is out of warranty. They quoted us over $300.00 to fix it. When we asked for a break on the price (to go halves with us), they were rude and refused. We had to purchase the part from them (they still charged us $200.00). We found someone else to fix it. We spoke very highly of them in the past but no longer. They don’t value...
