If I could give him zero stars I would. He has had 4 of our guns for 9 months now. 3 were supposed to be sent out to get painted and 1 sent to get a warranty repair. Was hard to find the first time but well worth the extra trip around the block. I have conducted business with Ken several different times now. Each time he was pleasant to deal with, and efficient. His firearms are well priced and treated me fair on trade ins. His on hand stock is a little limited, but he ordered what I wanted and it arrived within 2 days. I enjoy myself at Ken's talking about shooting supplies, I don't need another gun but you know how that goes. Shooting supplies I need Ken can find them for me or he has them in stock.
