I go here for two reasons , the bagel shop and the gym, fitness1. Welwood bagels are mostly the best on Long island. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best. Sausage double egg double cheese on a poppy is mine and it's always perfect. The rest of the bagels are great. The gym is exactly what I need. A gym. No classes, just weights, ellipticals, treadmills, it has a child care some people use too. No showers or any of that. Just a place to go and do your thing. There is an outback restaurant there, a pizza joint, Chinese take out, oh a good surgical supply store too,very good one. A UPS store, a card store, beauty supply store and a good walk in...

The Only One Comment I Have is the Parking Lot. It's Absolutely Horrible, So Many Pot Holes and Cracked Areas in the In the Parking Lot.We Pay Alot of Taxes!!!! Why Can Lindenhurst Redo the Parking Lot, We Need New Parking Lots. I've seen this place go through more changes in my life than any other place. I'm thinking the only places that are still in business and the same location are Imperial pizza and Foods of Italia.
