It was my first time ordering from there and it may be my last. I ordered some products on their website. When I got there the man told me the price was wrong. A couple of items were $20 (70%) more than their website stated. It took over 25 minutes and several phone calls for him to be able to work the cash register to ring the correct price up. I had planned to spend a certain amount and ordering online in advance should’ve cut down on the wait time. I was their only customer. Plus he seemed annoyed that I brought my dog in to the shop. He said I could tie him up outside. Yeah right. Between the long wait, being charged more at the store the man made no attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience. It was false advertising on their website I was hoping he’d cut me a little slack but he did not. My mom and i stopped here before our alanis Morissette concert, the service was AMAZING and the owner is so sweet, patient ,and caring. I got the Philly cheese steak with onion, and my mom got the mozzarella sticks (only like 20 bucks for both of our food and drinks!), personally that was the best Philly cheese steak I've ever had, it was so flavorful and hit the spot perfectly. The old guy there is a complete jerk. My buddy and I stopped there on our way into the Phish show and were 10 minutes early and pulled over for a minute and parked way to the side of an empty parking lot. Old guy within 5 minutes came out being rude from the first greeting and told us we weren’t welcome. Not sure if he’s the owner, but I will never shop from a hot headed hostile jerk.
