Updated review: Tried the food several times and at first the food was excellent. Lately the food has been inconsistent. The General Tso’s Chicken is usually very chewy no crisp to it. The dumplings are ok. The most consistent dishes have been boneless spare ribs, sweet & sour chicken, egg roll, pork or chicken fried rice and white rice. The inside is clean. 15 minutes and the food is always ready for pick up. However I am not satisfied with the quality of the food lately and will be looking to try other Chinese restaurants.

Excellent food but service was terrible. Called in at 6;08. Arrived at 6:12 (expected to wait a few. They said 10-15 minutes) Didn't get my food until 6:39! The cashier looked like she didn't see my order and just rung it up when I got there but played it off like it was going to "be done any minute" knowing full well she just put it in just to get the sale. Absolutely unreal.

My fiancee and I got our usual order I always order at a Chinese food place since I was a kid. Boneless spare ribs, beef and broccoli, shrimp lo mein, wonton soup, chicken wings.

  1. There is something off about the taste. The beef and seasonings in the meat are not right or authentic. Had to try to make it taste better at home. SMH

  2. After eating each of the items separately, each item coated the inside of our mouths with a slimy-ish film and bad aftertaste of something, maybe a chemical. IDK. I had to brush my teeth every time I ate it.

  3. It only happened to my tongue, but my tongue and lips started to get numb and tingly after eating the food. It didn't last long but still..

Only thing enjoyable and tasty was the chicken wings. Saving grace.

Never going back there again. Only ate it cuz we paid for it. We'd rather drive to Middletown or anywhere to get better Chinese...

My wife and I have been frequently visiting this establishment for over a year now, and it hasn't disappointed us yet. Of all the Chinese takeout places we've eaten at, this place is easily our favorite. The food is very fresh and tasty and fairly priced. In fact, some dishes are cheaper and of better than the local place by my wife's employer.

Tonight, I ordered a pint of shrimp lo mein and a shrimp eggroll, while my wife ordered a pint of shrimp fried rice and wonton soup. My lo main had a dozen shrimp, each cooked perfectly. The wonton soup here is her favorite. The broth isn't just "yellow water" like some places have; theirs actually has flavor. The whole meal was $19.66

We've tried several dishes now, and all have been on point. We're lucky to have diverse food options in this small village, with Ming Moon being in constant rotation for our...

I’ve repeatedly asked that liquify or very saucy foods NOT be put in the new cheaper white containers, to no avail. The bottom of the bag has more sauce in it than my food does. Please correct this!!!

Update: Prices have gone up substantially, and this, I can understand. Everything has gone up in price. I have taken two stars away because;

  1. they forgot to include the white rice that usually accompanies every “chef’s specialty”, ie orange chicken and Mongolian beef.
  2. they continue to use impossible to seal containers that leak horribly all over EVERYTHING in the bag. If you expect me to pay MORE for LESS, it’s not going to happen. I’ll drive somewhere else to spend my hard...
