One of the worst experiences with an optometrist I've ever had. Was given an eye exam and took that to another (more affordable) eye glass specialist who provided me with frames and lenses. The new prescription was off, giving me headaches and making me terribly dizzy. I had the the lenses checked and confirmed they were made correctly by both places. The optometrist at Brighton Vision was very standoffish, offered no help and insisted they were made wrong. With arms crossed, told me there was nothing he could do. Read moreCould not be more pleased with my choice to give Brighton Vision a try. Dr. Archer was so easy to work with. There were plenty of choices of frames to choose from. The eye exam was done thoroughly and it was the first time I felt comfortable and not rushed while doing the #1 or #2 test.
She made quick work of pulling up my insurance information and was very clear in explaining what my coverage was.
Almost all the negative reviews are from a previous owner of the business. So disregard them and give Brighton Vision a chance. I think you will be as happy as I am with my choice.
Oh and Dr. Archer also has excellent music taste, so listening to The Beatles while looking for frames...
