This consignment store is unlike anything I’ve found in Rochester! Not only is the clothing high end and unique, the staff is also fantastic. 5/5 experience every time I’ve gone in.

The owner, Natalie Rae, is so genuine and clearly passionate about her work. She’s in the store and gets excited about good finds with you like a friend would! The staff is attentive and start up a fitting room for you so you don’t have to browse while lugging around all the things you want to try on. The lay out of the store is beautiful and neat and the fitting rooms are comfortable.

The clothes themselves are in fantastic shape. Everything looks and feels very luxurious and curated. In the 2 years I’ve lived in Rochester, I’ve had a very difficult time finding my style of clothing in department and thrift stores. It kind of feels like everything is very basic or trendy, made with cheap materials that don’t last long, leaving no room for creating a unique personal style that will last. If you struggle with this like I do, check this place out.

I went in for the store’s 1 year anniversary and actually got to meet Natalie’s family! Which I know is somewhat irrelevant to the quality of the store, BUT it gave me an even further impression of the people behind the magic. It’s clear the whole family is invested in the customer experience. It’s very refreshing and makes you want to go back.

Did not have a good experience there. I have bought at least 10 items there, but have never had any dealings with the owner who is in the clothing sector except my last purchase of a chair. I was before told they inspect everything carefully. I had bought 2 pieces of furniture there, the 2nd to last the wheels to a chair wouldn't stay in properly but I thought no big deal after about a month and a half or so I bought the matching chair. And I trusted them. Get it home, of course wheel problem again. But then saw rip in upholstery seat. Also white paint on wood on side of chair. So I called. The owner said I had it quite awhile. I didn't, bought Sat late afternoon, Called as soon as they were open again, reported the problems with the chair. She said I had it quite awhile, I most likely ripped the upholstery which is a thread like upholstery and the white paint was because I had it. I don't have white paint in my house. I didn't sit on the chair. I didn't appreciate basically told I am a liar. And also "Too bad for you, you bought it". I will never go there again. And seriously disappointed to be treated in...

My boyfriend went in for me and automatically was disrespected and judged. Just like many others in the reviews. He was framed to make it look like he was a fraud, and wanted cash up front which is not what happened at all. This place has NO integrity OR customer service skills. These are consignment shops that are ruining the resell businesses. Never again will we try coming here again. Mind you- I had ALL the paper work and ALL the boxes, duster bags, receipts that PROVES my bags are 100% AUTHENTIC. NO FAKES OVER HERE! Take this and learn from it. This business will not go far the way they act toward customers and product. Good luck to who ever tries to go in next! I would give negative stars if I could! And even if the associate was putting up a window banner, they should always continue to exceed the customers expectations and stop what they’re doing to make money and connections with anyone walking through their door.
