The guys there are always very helpful and friendly. There are items there that I haven't been able to find in any other hardware store especially in regards to an older trailer model. If they don't have something, ask because they have done special orders for me in the past and even saved me money going through a different retailer than they usually do. I've only just been in here once so far, and I can see why my friend's father is a huge fan. Super nice, personable, guys. I stopped in to buy a ton of pellets, because we normally go through about that much before HEAP comes through (and sometimes another ton after). I'd much rather buy local, because the big names get enough profit as it is. They had time to deliver right then, and I didn't need to worry about us loading bags into cars & making multiple trips back and forth. I would happily go there again. Great people...
