Never one to leave a bad review but I can’t let this go unsaid. The service and quality is garbage. I called ahead to place my order yet they threw the turkey bacon on the grill when I arrived for pick up. Thankfully, he made the sandwiches fairly quick so I just let it slide although this wasn’t the first time that happened. Not sure why this happened because it was actually dead and not at all busy… that is until a line began to form with people waiting for them to finish my order which should’ve just been ready for pickup like they’d said it would be over the phone. I arrived approximately 15 minutes after I made the phone call which is exactly how long they said it would take. Like I said I let it go because he was quick I arrived home to eat my lunch and both the sandwiches I purchased were sad to say the least. It was now clear to me how he was able to make them so quickly. To serve this (photos attached) is plain lazy and disrespectful.

I ordered a turkey bacon egg and cheese on a toasted roll with SP. Mine had no salt or pepper. It was flat and flimsy. My sister ordered a toasted egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, bacon, and tomato. Hers had ice cold, clumpy bacon shoved onto half of the bagel, cream cheese on only about 3/4 and tomato on only half of the bagel. Both mine and my sister’s sandwiches were not toasted. The phone call was clear, concise and there were no miscommunications. For the order to be so awfully screwed up is absolutely baffling to say the least. They did refund us, but this isn’t the first time it happened, just the first time we’re not giving them the benefit of the doubt. They’ve topped themselves this time and although we’re long time customers, we cannot continue to come here. Super unfortunate because they’re the most conveniently located and they’re also one of the only deli’s selling yerba mate. I hope this will urge them to do better for future customers and that they can grow as a business from this. please note it takes a lot for me to leave...

Placed a simple order of two bagels with vegan cream cheese. Bit into the bagel and knew right away that it was not vegan, it was sour which the tofu cream cheese is not. My fiancé had already taken a few bites by the time I noticed. He went back inside and asked the kid behind the counter if he used vegan cream cheese like we asked for, to which the kid replied “no, sorry.” The kid did not offer to remake them or anything, so my fiancé spoke to another person behind the counter who told the kid to remake them. The kid then proceeded to try and charge him for the new bagels. When he got back to the car we opened the bag to find that he gave us two random bagels - egg and poppy seed (not even close to what we ordered) and we ended up just leaving very frustrated.

I have always loved this place and appreciate the fact that they carry cream cheese I can have. But as someone with a severe dairy allergy, I am very disappointed and will not be returning here. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled is what is important. If it were me, I would have offered a genuine apology and offered to remake the bagels.

I wish zero stars was an option… the first time I ordered an egg sandwich and I was extremely disappointed. The eggs are so rubbery it is actually hard to eat the sandwich. They have messed up orders on multiple occasions.

If you want a bagel be prepared. They are never consistent. You either get a bagel with a fine layer of cream cheese or a pound of cream cheese and the sandwich is inedible unless you want to take a bath.

I am all for supporting small businesses, but a small business that does not treat their customers with respect and cannot complete an order correctly or edible is unacceptable. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I hope they get some new employees who value customer service or Christ at least address the customer in a line when it’s busy.
