DO NOT DEAL WITH DAWN P OR THE MANAGER ALICE as they act like they care BUT the actions they took (NONE) A couple of years ago I bought a mattress from Sales Associate Dawn and because of her kind and professional manners I recently was in need of furniture and followed her to her new store and made a very large purchase; however a personal dilemma came up that I needed to cancel my order. I actually felt so badly with all the help she offered me during the sale REASSURING me with everything, I went in with a little gift. The problem is I came in as this was still in the SALE process to CANCEL and Dawn and her manager Alice wanted to try and save that Big sale and put me on a customer to call list explaining that there would be no deliveries until I called! And then table pads are delivered WITHOUT me calling for a delivery! (and no table delivered because the only call I made was to CANCEL!!! When I called her immediately and again Dawn told me she was not in the building but that she would handle it and NEVER did. Her manager Alice also told me she would handle this error on their part and never called me back and the same with Nina (In Operations)which is a BIG PROBLEM!!! All 3 Ashley Associates telling me they are going to handle their mistake and did NOTHING and now a charge of $454.05 appears on my bill!!!!!!!!! For table pads that were for a table...
Read moreWe had an incredible experience shopping here! The store is beautiful and very clean. I was greeted at the front door the moment I walked in by the sales associate, Jeffrey. He is very professional, patient (had a newborn with me both times) and helpful. We ended up furnishing pretty much our entire summer house (both indoor and outdoor) with beautiful pieces. Samantha, the store manager, was great and helped us close out the purchase late in the evening. All in all, they knock it out of the park with customer service here and I highly recommend them. Can’t wait to have the furniture delivered - thanks again Jeffrey and Samantha!

We did Round 3 at Ashley Furniture to furnish a number of rooms in our new house. Juana, our sales associate, is EXCEPTIONAL. She was patient going through floor plans and went above and beyond to help pick pieces, coordinate deliveries and much more. I would have never expected such customized care from a “box” store but Juana completely exceeded my expectations. Beyond that, the furniture looks amazing and is great quality. I purchased a specific size twin mattress for a new trundle bed at Ashley furniture They deliver it I was in a rush to go pick up my son from school so I say just leave it in the plastic & I’ll organize it later. That weekend I open up the plastic and this toxic chemical smell comes oozing out. I quickly re-tape and put on all the air purifiers and place charcoal bags & baking soda to deodorize out the VOCs. I call them to return it. They say that they have to send out an inspector. He indeed confirms that it smells and customer service will contact me. I had to have an argument with customer service because they wanted to send me back another one So we agreed upon a credit and they told me to go to the store and pick something out. When I got there, they advise the only thing that I could purchase was something that was what they would consider deliverable, which includes large furniture, mattresses or rugs. Nothing that they sell online or smaller items. So, all their toxic products basically I mean really- is Ashley furniture a high-end Hamptons boutique where I have no option to make returns?
