Campus Pizza Gyro — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I am not a hard customer to please and I normally wouldn't even bother writing a negative review but this establishment messed up my order and then handled fixing it with such a lack of professionalism that I had to. I ordered two chicken gyro platters- one with sauce on the side. I received two platters, both with no sauce and one sauce container in the bag. The sauce in the bag turned out to not even gyro sauce IT WAS BLEU CHEESE. I called and complained and they asked if I wanted another sauce delivered but both gyros had already been ruined with the BLEU cheese. They made two mistakes, so the man on the phone said he would send two new gyros. When the food arrived the delivery man looked in the bag and saw some fries eaten and insisted that he couldn't replace the food because it was ALL there. Mind you, I never mentioned anything to them besides a problem with the gyros - I didnt even know they would replace the fries. Either way it was ridiculous that I was made to defend myself for eating some of the fries of the food I payed for and ended up having a problem with. I had to go back and forth with them for 10+ minutes before being given my replacement food. I will never be ordering from this restaurant again and I wouldn't advise...

I had ordered some food from here one night and fell asleep because they took so long. I woke up the next day with missed calls. I couldn't believe I fell asleep but mistakes happen. I called the place to apologize and to see if they can resend the order for that same day so I can have for later. The guy on the phone immediately became upset at me when he realized it was me from last night. He told me he doesn't like that why would I do that and expressed how he had to throw the food away and this is all before I got a chance to tell him what I wanted to do. I told him that was my mistake can you let me finish what I was saying. He told me he's going to void it out and hung up the phone. At that point I was very upset I called back and asked for the store manager. I told him how rude his associate was and he didn't seem to care either. If I could give this place a 0 I would they're very rude people and disrespectful to their customers and just for this I will NEVER order...

NO. 1 GO TO SPOT ON ANY DAY OF THE WEEK! Quality of food is continuously FRESH and DELICIOUS. REAL Halal! Pies are always dripping with cheese and cooked to perfection! You will feel like you are back in the boroughs! Customer service is exceptional and exceeds expectations every time. Delivery is super quick and the drivers are always kind (always tip your drivers). The owner is the last of a dying breed and a stand up man who truly believes in SERVING.
