The worst place to repair your cell phone. I took my Samsung to get the screen repaired, but it damaged the entire operating system of the phone. The internet doesn't work, it doesn't make calls, it doesn't work at all. The person who repaired it, "Esteban," initially dared to tell me that I hadn't paid for the service and that was why it didn't work. Later, ACCORDING TO HIM, I worked with applications and that I needed a better phone. The worrying thing about this case is why did he start checking what applications I had? Violating MY PRIVACY. How unprofessional this person is. Now I am proceeding to file a lawsuit against this place since it did not want to be responsible for the damages caused. Darle una estrella es mucho en mi experiencia⬇️ lleve mi celular y me dijeron que tardaría 2 horas q en chequeo y no se q y pues lo lleve porq no me cargaba mi celular 📲 bueno q hace uno cuando esto pasa ? Lo lleva a estos lugares no 🤷🏻‍♀️ me atendió una señora con un bebé a la que le podría llamar cómplice !!! Si cómplice. Dejé mi celular a las 3 de la tarde y regresé por el a las 7 y media de la noche a “recogerlo” bueno llegué y q?! No lo habían ni tocado y dijo entonces q se tardaría 20 minutos ⏰ dije ok en fin paso una hora y ellos arreglándolo y uno de ellos 2 hay 2 tipos y pues uno de ellos el flaco digamos llegó con mi celular desarmado a mostrarme lo q era q estaba cambiando y pues yo 🙄 lo q sea q me muestre yo solo quiera q me arreglara el celular 📱 bueno después de una hora me lo dio y pues pague $200 por ello. Siquiera ni le regateé ni le puse peros a la hora de pagar pero q ?! A los 2 minutos de tomar mi celular se apagó en cuestión de salir de ahi adonde estaba mi carro en el parqueo ( no estaba descargado) y pues lo encendí y esperé 3 minutos más y se volvió apagar ⬇️ regresé con ellos y el tipo volvió a verlo y saben q me dijo que porque no le dije q mi celular no cargaba porq lo que tenía era q se había mojado 🤷🏻‍♀️ en serio ? Y luego me empieza a decir q de haber sabido q mi celular no cargaba porq se había mojado el ni lo hubiera visto q eso ya era otro tipo de reparacion y entonces le dije q como cuanto costaria esa otra reparacion y dijo no se 🤷🏻‍♀️ quiza otros $200 ? y luego se hizo el ofendido y le empezo q decir a su mujer a la complice la q tenia el bebé le pregunto ella te dijo q tenia el celular cuando te lo trajo y ella! no 😔 eso respondio 1 querian q yo supiera lo q tenia mi celular? 2 lo lleve porq ni idea porq no cargaba Realmente no llame la policia ni les hago una demanda por ese bebé que esta ahi pero por favor tengan cuidado con esta gente mucho cuidado se q hay mas gente igual que yo q se llevaron la...

Walked in no appoitment. Super fast service. Replace my iPhone 11 screen while I waited. No problems with phone since repair over 60 days ago.
