Worst place to ever work at I've worked there from July 4th 2024 and got fired October 15th 2024 Management would give us only 3.5-4hr shifts Management would pick and choose who to harass,bully Management in this store is drama fueled there was never a quiet day at all or a drama free one Management with pick and choose coworkers to walk around the store and harass either to talk "shit" about or to go to other workers talking about them this place was a very toxic work environment mentally I've had the head boss make me work shifts and threatened to fire me even when I was not on the schedule multiple times she'd follow me around the store multiple days multiple hours about doing 28 boxes in 1 hour we only get scheduled 3 and 1/2 hours up to 4 hours of shift just so the corporate could save more money they hire less people she was constantly on me calling my name on the intercom multiple times about 28 boxes in 1 hour there is multiple other co-workers but the head management does not pick on like that that do U-boats slower I started off as an associate then made my way to management when hell broke was finally took the position because management was 18 an hour and an associate was $15 an hour with management you have to do multiple things she kept following me around the store asking me if I wanted to quit saying she wouldn't have any hard feelings if I wanted to quit saying she didn't think I should have took the position after I told her to leave me alone and chill I was overwhelmed and got loud I told her to stop treating us like slaves with minimum wage and that I was trying the best I can 2 Days later she blows up my cell phone on the Dollar tree store phone number to suspend me over yelling at her to chill a week after that I got the phone call saying I was fired no one from Dollar tree HR or corporate has gotten in contact with me about any of this I've even made reports to integrity matters no reports had any follow-ups and if you get a concussion on the workplace they will 110% retaliate and Dollar tree doesn't care about its employees now I can't get employed anywhere else because of a boss's grudge that was...

I've never wanted to give a business 0 stars on Yelp but if I could, it would be for the Dollar Tree on Main St. in Patchogue. I'll let the photos I attached do most of the talking for me but wow. It is absolutely repulsive that corporate doesn't do something about the staff and state of this store. I have actually tried reaching out to corporate several times to make them aware but to no avail. The employees are slowwwww at the register, never ever clean the store and I always hear them complain about how much they hate working there. I literally feel like I'm in the twilight zone whenever I've had to go there for something. I work down the street and this location is most convenient when in need of something cheap.

Corporate, for the love of everything holy... VISIT THIS LOCATION! They desperately need an overhaul on just about everything and everyone. Nothing is ever in its place and I was nastily told that Dollar Tree doesn't, and never did, sell round table clothes, when I went there looking for my son's graduation party. I stood in the store while pulling their website up and low and behold guess what I found?!? Yea you guessed it. Dollar Tree in Patchogue is a disgrace I went there because their website said this particular store had the item I wanted in stock I spoke to the manager and she said don't go by the website I am kind of glad they did not have it because the store was so filthy I really don't think I would have purchased the item anyway I looked up the store on consumer affairs and they gave it one and a half Stars I am not surprised this store here should be condemned don't take my word for it go there and check it out the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in years just...
