Not worth the expense anymore.
Usually, this place had really good food. Unfortunately, this place has been gradually getting worse.
This is the FOURTH time I had been given bad food, underserved, over charged, duped, and laughed at!!!
Today we ordered Chicken Marsala w/salad, Cheese Calzone and Buffalo Chicken Wings.
2)The Cheese Calzone was two pieces of round Flatbread with cold Pot Cheese spread in the middle. This all was set into a round tin, you couldn't tell what was in there because it was soo flat! It wasn't even baked to crispy, just taken from a cold display, placed into the tin. No appeal what so ever!
When I returned to the restaurant to complain, another customer also agreed with my observations of the food not being what it was supposed to be. The worker chuckled and offered me another one.
So, okay... But again, he gave me another unappetizing piece of flatbread!! I asked him what the varieties of food he had in the show case, then laughed and said, "It is what it is.." I said to keep the replacement and demanded my money back.
Below I posted three pictures. Can anyone tell the difference? One is a Cheese Calzone (how it "Should" look), the other is Flatbread and the last one is what was served to us in a tin.
I received Flatbread with cold pot cheese/ricotta!!
P.S. - Don't order the Veal, Eggplant, Shrimp or Calamari! Veal is freezer burned and sour or bad. Eggplant is dripping of oil and softer than wet toilet paper.. Shrimp was super frozen and bad that turned to mush giving you the stomach cramps and runs for a few days... And finally, the Calamari is always over cooked! They serve you a couple pieces of boot leather that will keep you chewing like you had a mouth full of "Big League Chew" bubble...

My sister in law got into a very bad car accident have pictures time stamped and all the same time I had ordered food for delivery I called and said I have a very bad emergency to not deliver the pizza and I’d call for pickup that was almost not even 2 weeks ago…….. Literally been ordering from them for over a year! Never an issue! Here’s the kicker i ordered 2 days ago a whole pie! Delivery! order today and now there’s a note stating not to deliver to my address? & then the rudeness? “there are several pizzerias from them and between me you can deliver from” was the smart remark the MANAGER whom said she spoke to the manager and he said can’t deliver so I asked to speak to the manager now she’s the manger And I’ll be posting to Facebook as well & letting my other customers I’ve been sending how you treat repeat customers & I always do walk-ins and get pizza from them i could walk in today and they wouldn’t even know but was on the phone tryna be funny 😂🙄 but they’ll never get my business again I don’t care how many customers you guys get, have a whole account and I’m pretty sure you look on that account you’ll see I’ve been a repeat customer and I have 5 phone numbers for this address! 🤷🏽♀️ & YES there are several pizzerias in my area the GOOD ONES….. Read moreFOOD POISONING!!! Upon reading the reviews, I see we are not the only people to have gotten sick here. We've ordered multiple times and found the food was very tasty, though a little pricey. I just figured you pay for quality, right? Apparently not. My boyfriend had to pull his vehicle to the side of the road so he could vomit. He works overnights and had to call out of work. A $25 pizza ended up costing us $225. More than 24 hours later I still have stomach pains for the record books. I was sick last night and all day today. I hadn't read the reviews and attempted to call the restaurant to notify them something is wrong so no one else would get sick and the individual who answered greeted me with "Giovanni's Pizza, hold" and promptly put me on hold. I waited for 2 and a half minutes before I had to disconnect so I submitted a message through their "Contact Us" option. Something told me to check the reviews and compare my experience with others and I see multiple reviews stating other patrons have gotten sick, including one statement where someone had to go to the ER. Their staff is not customer-service oriented but rudeness and poor phone etiquette pale in comparison to ER trips.
