I used to trust this grill company, but unfortunately, it seems they’ve changed for the worse. I scheduled an appointment with their operator, who confirmed the booking. On the day of the appointment, I called again to double-check, and they assured me it was confirmed, even sending a link for final confirmation. My Weber stainless steel barbecue wouldn’t light. 💡I contacted Eastern Grills LLC and spoke with a gentleman named Ricardo. He was very courteous and was able to come to my house in only two hours. He looked at the grill, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my grill like new. Ricardo is a real professional and his price was reasonable. As I asked him if he was the owner and he said yes.
