June 23, 2020. Customer ahead of me not wearing a mask, neither was lady at counter. When I said something she pulled hers up from under her chin. Then a man walked out from the back with mask dangling from his ear. Again I said something. He put his on. Customer still not wearing mask. Box of free masks were available on counter, sign on door requiring mask to enter. Obviously not enforced. ...

I rather go to non corporate/no chain sandwich shop. That way I know that I'm going to get what I pay for. At sudways you think your getting the sandwich you see in the advertisement, but what you see is not what you get. What comes out is this little skimpy hero and you feel as if you were talking advantage of. So no more will I step foot back into a franchise sandwich shop. Mom and pop...

The sandwich tasted like someone pist and spit on the sandwich it was disgusting the worst thing I ever ate. The lettuce was brown and nasty bread was soggy and they put mayonnaise on my sandwich and I didnt even ask btw this was a online order so i wasn't there to watch...
