i’ve been going here for about 15 years now, the owners were always pleasant, friendly, and gave good service. in the recent year they’ve brought in a few new people, and since then, i’ve only gotten attitudes and problems whenever i go in there. most recently, i’ve bought several faulty vaping products, both times, the batteries broke literally within days. i understand faulty parts get out sometimes, but that means, as the business owner, you replace the faulty products you sell and return them to the manufacturer. upon walking in, the middle aged man examined the battery, having no idea how it works, told me that i broke it. i explained to him that my charger works but the battery won’t take a charge. still had no idea what i was saying and told me it wasn’t his problem. i calmly expressed why i felt that was wrong and that i should be able to replace it after only 2 DAYS, and the man just persisted with his attitude. as someone who has been coming here for this long, i’m shocked and offended. unacceptable service. i will be taking my business to 7/11 and i can see everyone else doing it to. it sucks to see a place that was run so...

I understand not wanting to deal with pennies when giving change, but if that is your position then you should be rounding the total down to benefit the customer, don't round up to benefit the business owner and screw the customer out of the change they are owed! It is getting even worse now, the last time my total was 11.95 and they just decided to round it up to 12 and just stared at me when giving my change back.
