I guess they've started selling their bagels in gas stations and 7-11's now. I usually get a bagel with my coffee at sevs in the morning, and I noticed recently (within the last month or two, that I noticed anyway) that the packaging for the bagels looked different. I didn't really give it much more than a quick glance until I found the first hair on my bagel... long, black hair... I'm blonde and short haired. Ok, it happens, no big deal. Until I found one on a second bagel the next day, AT A DIFFERENT 7-11! This one was baked in, too. Like, seeds were popping off as I pulled the hair, it was under them. Gross, but maybe bad luck.... then I found another one today, a week after the last one... so that's 3 out of 8 bagels with long, black, nasty hairs in them. I'm done. No more firehouse...

Under staffed, looked dirty and forgot about my order even when they wrote it on a piece of paper and handed it to the lady in the back.i sat there for 35 minutes and in the end I never got my food I ordered and I returned my girls food cause in the 35 minutes she was waiting to eat with me her food got cold...... would definitely make a different choice when deciding what bagel store to go to cause I will never go...
