Fire Island Parasail — Local services in Town of Brookhaven

My sister n I are always searching for new adventure. This happen to be one of the many things. We found this company thru a thorough search on Google, the reviews were great so we both decided to use this company. I book my ticket days in advance but I then realize I would have to take a ferry. I called the number provided and spoke with the owner. He was very respectful n gave me options. I choose the option to the location where I wouldn't need to take the ferry. He happily moved us and even change the time ( I needed a earlier time). Got to the location and we left at our designated time (10am). I was a bit nervous at first but the crew members made it less scary. We drove for about 5 hours back and forth from New York in traffic. While I understand that weather is unpredictable, I was disappointed that Chris failed to give us a call on our updated phone number, which we provided more than 6 hours prior to our appointment. When I inquired about a refund on our gift card, he simply stated that he couldn’t provide one. He could, but he simply didn’t want to. Instead, he mentioned, “I do not have a secretary to respond to phone calls when I’m on the boat.”

Although Chris seemed friendly and understanding on the phone, in reality, our brief in-person interaction left me feeling uneasy. I wouldn’t risk parasailing with someone who isn’t willing to make a small effort or show courtesy to accommodate...

I had an incredible experience with Fire Island Parasailing! The entire adventure was flawless from start to finish. The boat arrived right on time, and the safety briefing was thorough and reassuring, setting the tone for what was to come.

The parasailing itself was smooth and perfectly timed, with no glitches whatsoever. It truly felt like everything was orchestrated to give us the best possible experience. This is a memory I’ll cherish for a lifetime!
