disappointed in the customer service, it's gone down hill over the past year; this evening I placed an order ahead of time for pickup (w I was told it would be 15 minutes so I took 20 minutes to arrive) I had ordered three slices of regular in addition to other items. Upon arrival I waited a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me as a customer and when I was finally met by an employee, she seemed to not have any part of the order together so she whispered over to the man making the pizza shouts "they're going to have to wait," when referring to a third slice of pizza that was ordered - so I had to wait an additional ten minutes and we didn't even receive the 3rd slice. He has amazing pizza (and a lot of variety) but has other great options too- which is important since I try to eat clean and healthy when I can! My son loves his regular slice, and I always order his grilled chicken salad —it is packed with veggies that are always super fresh. He also doesn’t skimp on the grilled chicken like other places. Read moreSo this restaurant really just inconvenienced my husband and I because their debit machine wasn't working properly. I had to use their ATM to get cash because the cashier "claimed " there was an issue with their card reader. As she put it, "The machine picks and chooses what card it wants to accept." After seeing other customers' cards go through perfectly fine, using their ATM AND paying a $3 fee, we weren't even compensated for our inconvenience. You will never get our business AGAIN!!!!!!!
