These guys are great. When my old cellphone died I went to Russel Cellular on Montauk Highway. I met with Tyler. He helped me select the phone that was right for me. He quickly transferred all my data from my old to the new and then he patiently answered all my questions and showed me how to use the new functions on my phone. Tyler told me to take my new phone home, use it for a day, make a list of any questions I had and come back the next so he could answer my questions. I did just that. The next day I had a list of questions and returned to see Tyler. He easily answered all my questions even the not so smart ones. Even when I asked what in retrospect was a dumb question he was not condescending and answered my question. Three people in store when we arrived Sunday, couldn’t have been met with a more lackluster and disinterested employee. Spent over and hour trying to change my carrier service, employee wasn’t knowledgeable about how to handle - also no interest in finding out how to handle. Literally wasted over an hour of my time. Ended up leaving and heading to Patchogue where it was another 3 hours to switch carriers. I would not ever go to the blue point location, just go to corporate location on Patchogue. Today I went to Russell Wireless Bayport to upgrade my iPhone XR to an iPhone 13 and now it’s easy for me to say I won’t go anywhere else for any of my Verizon needs. Tyler made the upgrade process seamless as he was informative, patient and pleasant. In just a quick 30 minutes I was walking out the door with a new phone. However, I didn’t get very far…before coming back with my sister so that she too could upgrade her iPhone 8 to a new iPhone 13!
