I do most of my shopping online. The only reason I went to JCPenney was to return an item and reorder said item. I was disappointed that there is no longer a Customer's Service Dept. Return went smoothly, but it tied up a cashier for 10 minutes. Update went shopping and this must have 2 cashiers working. I stood waiting for a cashier in men's waited on a woman.
