Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Busti

Total waste of time and money. I rarely ever eat fast food personally, however I get food here for my brother on occasion. He is practically a racoon, he's obsessed with junk food and never complains about anything. This place is such a poorly run dump even my brother who will even eat tv dinners said this taco bell sucks. On the rare occasion I've ordered it for myself I've been disappointed and just threw the garbage out. The order accuracy is nonexistent through the app or drive thru. The quality of the food is even worse now. The amount of meat you get is shrinking even though the prices are going up. The drive thru wait time is horribly long. The extra sauces you pay for never end up on the food. The sauce packets you ask for never end up in the bag. The drinks are never completely full and often are off of calibration so it's flat or they're running out of syrup so it just tastes like seltzer. The lobby is disgusting and dirty. i was hoping to come to taco bell to have a good meal today and that is not what i got. I got to taco bell and ordered my food and when it came out, it’s not what i asked for; i asked for a burrito with no tomato’s and i got tomato’s all over it and our order was twisted all around, everything was wrong somehow and we had to go back and ask for the drinks we actually ordered. they’re really slow, the environment was really disgusting, not cleaned down what so ever and we had to clean the table ourselves. i’m really disappointed. i'm never going to make a trip here again. this place was an okay establishment before but something has changed here and it’s for the worse. the workers were in the back blasting music with swear words while there were multiple kids here and every time someone looked back there they were doing nothing. i’ve also had to get a refund for a food item and they refused to give it to me when i came back...

Unbelievably rude staff here. Overweight blonde women constantly gets our order wrong when we order the new cantina wraps. We only ever order the avocado ranch ones but she is the only staff to constantly give me and my husband the chipotle kind. The order is never read back and when today my husband stopped there for lunch his order is again wrong and decided to attempt to get it corrected. He went in to have it fixed and it became the largest screaming match ever. We do not attempt to keep the food nor ask for a refund or want this for free. We simply just would like our order corrected. Yet this woman who somehow looks to be possibly management was completely rude. I would post a name but apparently she is above everyone and does not seem to think she needs a name tag.
