I like this mall! Very clean place and very nice customer service at each store i went in to, the workers in every store that I went into were helpful and friendly! I like how this mall has a movie theatre as well, i find that very neat, i don't see very many malls with movie theatres in them anymore. Some of the few things to this mall that are missing is, i think they need a few more clothing stores, the clothing stores inside this mall are decent, but they definitely need more and the food court area seems so empty, they need more food to choose from when it comes to the food court. When I went inside the mall, it wasn't so busy, i mean it was a weekday when I went( that's probably why) but it was relaxing, i came here from out of town, my hometown is an hour from here and their is a mall here as well, but I wanted to go somewhere different, so I came here, i would honestly love to come...
Read moreIf you have ever heard of COPRPORATE COURTING, this place is your finest definition of that! They will bat their eyes at you and help you all along the way while you finalize your lease agreement. Once said agreement goes into effect, they will belittle you and speak to you in a condescending manner. They give tenants problems over accessing their space during off hours (any business owner should be granted access to their business at any hour of the day, including 6am, which is the time that said incident occurred). No contractors or media or outside agency actually likes going into that mall to do anything, because of the amount of harassment they have to deal with from management. You would think a dying mall would do anything to work with their tenants! Instead they expect tenants that own & operate (with no employees) a small business to be there 7 days a week! No respect for humanity...
Read moreThe last good mall in the area. It's far past its prime, and efforts to revive it seem to be failing (it's still a lot better than either the Warren Mall or what's left of the Bradford Mall, though).
Up to recently, they even tried to put an arcade in the food court, which almost made it feel like a "real" shopping mall from the days of old (the requirements for which are as follows: 1.) Must have an Orange Julius 2.) Must have a toy store 3.) Must have an arcade).
Sadly, many of the stores are slowly going out, and it's hallowed hall is slowly being abandoned by the public. The Sears store, by far the oldest business continually running in the mall (I remember going there with my parents in 1979) is on its last legs.
Still, there's hope: Recent years have seen an opening of Sakura Buffet and the only Five Guys restaurant in a 50 mile radius, so check it out if you're...
