I lost a small dimond on my Neil Lane engagement ring. I was hesitant to bring it in due to my horrible experience 4 years ago when the employees went against corporates decision that when I solder a website purchased ring to a store bought wedding band it becomes one. Super long story short I left the store that day in absolute tears and $700 less in my bank account. But Shaye at the Chautauqua Mall forever changed my opinion of Kay Jewelers when she sent in a request to replace the small dimond at no charge. My fiance bought this ring from the Lakewood Kay Jewelers and had the best experience. Haylie helped him out a lot with picking the perfect ring! We recently went back in to have this ring cleaned and Haylie did a great job! She helped us with all of our needs while we were in the store!
