To the owner Mr. Charlie May, In your text message replies to me on Sunday afternoon 12 May 2024, you agreed that the Mayflower Nursery company that you own had earlier that day overcharged [$73.48] on my credit card for some items which I never had.; and your Sunday texts asked me what time daily I was available to be phoned by you, to which I responded by text message that you can phone me from 11am to 1pm daily. I usually do not get home from work until after midnight and on weekdays I usually sleep until 10:45 am, my being available from 11am until 1 pm, thereafter I am too busy readying for another 8-hours B-shift of work. In a later follow-up text to me on that same Sunday, you ignored my stated 11am to 1pm times of daily availability, and instead you stated in that text that you would phone me Monday MORNING. That promise you made to me was worthless as you NEVER phoned me anytime on Monday 13 May 2024. In one of your later follow-on text messages of Sunday May 12th, you stated you would phone me Monday MORNING with an option for me to obtain a [$73.48] traditional refund on my credit card during which I would telephonically tell you my credit card information for that purpose. That's the option I want, but you intentionally avoided that by breaking your promise and NEVER phoning me on Monday. At 6:46am Monday the 13th, I texted you to remind you to phone me that Monday the 13th during my hours of availability between 11am and 1pm. And in my same text message I told you I wanted you to refund to my credit card the $73.48 overcharge. But you NEVER phoned me NOR activated any refund on Monday the 13th. Also in one of your Sunday the 12th text messages, you additionally offered me a Gift Card for Sunday's Mayflower caused time-consuming not yet resolved problems. In my 6:46am Monday the 13th text message to you the owner, I rejected that Gift Card option. Wow, I was conned by you that you would phone me Monday the 13th to activate a $73.48 refund to my credit card. It's now 7:45 pm Monday the 13th, your Nursery is closed, and you've made no attempt on this Monday to contact me, nor to activate onto my credit card the $73.48...
Read moreVery disappointing! Drove out from Penfield today to purchase 2 Floor model White Adirondack chairs that I stopped earlier this week and asked about. I misread Sale sign thinking $199 for 2. Ended up buying 2 NEW Adirondack chairs in boxes for $384. Excited to get them home, assemble them and put out on the front porch. Discovered new boxes were in storage units which were locked and the key was with the gentleman picking up product. Asked if they could be delivered , after explaining I was 25 minutes away, and told I would have to PAY for delivery or maybe they would still have them when I could come through again. Very disappointing, lost sale,...
Read moreWe bought 2 Christmas trees, $70 each, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. One for my mom’s house and one for ours. We put it up immediately. That day I thought that a lot of needles had fallen. More than I have had with past trees. The needles just kept falling every day in clumps. After a few days the trees were dropping bulbs because the branches were so limp and CRISPY! These are the only bad trees I’ve ever had. I’ve never seen anything like it before. So...
