My experience here was terrible at best. As I need my computer for business solely, it was crucial that I get it back asap, something I expressed to them at the outset. (I had a black screen issue). They told me 5 days or less, they returned it in ten days after I called daily after the 5 days. Had I not called, they probably would still have it. When I got it back, I could not download anything and two of my input ports did not function. When I complained, they set up an appointment for me to bring it in and then, reneged three times when I asked that I be given a reasonable time frame for its return. The owner called me to guarantee he would personally fix it over the weekend so that I would not lose any working days, but then postponed it to the following Monday. He also remarked to my secretary when she went to pick it up that he hated Toshibas and Norton Security and said that I should buy his security software. I spoke to Norton in regards to his accusations that possibly my issues were with Norton. They checked it out remotely and found no problems on their end. I finally gave up dealing with these semi-pros that left me with a computer that is all but useless for business. They made no offer to refund any or all of my money. Maybe they are better with cell phones but I would never recommend them to anyone with serious computer problems. They are arrogant, untruthful, and expensive. Awesome custom-built gaming PC for less $$ than you’d think!

Matt is the real added value to my experience at the PC & Wireless Shop. He had both the expertise and enthusiasm to craft a custom upper mid-range gaming PC for me. He’s a friendly, natural educator and took the time to help me understand the range of available options and make the best choices for my budget.

The graphics card is the heart of a gaming PC and the specs and options were intimidating, however Matt clarified the best options for me based on the goal of a “future proof” system – able to handle this new generation of resource-demanding games within my budget.

Likewise, he made sure to get the best components for the buck; he found a better main board that included built-in WiFi 6 that still fit the budget – so he’s carefully looking at all the details of the build.

So I got expert sales-consulting and a custom build by someone who really cares about the customer - not a cookie-cutter design from an assembly line. There’s no way a big box or on-line store can offer this level of value. And when I picked up my new PC, Matt took the time to show me around the system management software, made sure I was logged in to my accounts – he even realized I had Microsoft account that includes Word, etc., at no extra cost – all while his lunch was getting cold (sorry, Matt).
