This is decidedly NOT your dusty, dirty small library housing a collection of unused books giving off that distinctive "old book" odor.
To start with, the building and facilities are outstanding. Housed in an older building, much effort and money has been spent to modernize and create a most pleasant environmental. Theyv provide state of the art, blazingly fast internet connections and other library-related services. However, even more impressive are the knowledgeable and friiendly staff. Additionally, the library is a member of a group of other libraries in the area, thus providing access to a wide array of resources.. The library also boasts an Egyptian mummy exhibiton with a real mummy.
If you need a library, this should be your destination. I'd give it six stars had that...

The library is a modern facility that connects to a great little Museum housed in a historic home via a small art gallery. Another unique feature is the Library Cat. They adopted a stray who is friendly and gentle and has the run of the place. The cat is perfectly happy to curl up with someone who wants to read the book and enjoy a peaceful afternoon. Several people I know traveled to attend — including my sibling who arrived early — and were told shortly before the event that resellers were not welcome. Nowhere online was this stated. The public listing said “no restrictions,” which was misleading. Many people wasted time, energy, and gas based on incomplete and inaccurate information.
