Cant say enough about the attention to detail and overall customer satisfaction that both the brothers, Padric & aiden , displayed torwards my mom, when she brought in her 17 year old cushions from an Ethan Allen couch, that was still in good shape fabric and covering wise but in need of a "cushion facelift." My mom originally went with too firm of a foam density( 6" I believe) after sitting on two different density cushions in store, for both seat cushions and back supports. Where most companies would likely have advised her that "sorry, its yours or we can replace them but there will be an additional charge" the owners simply advised her to bring all 6 cushions back for either a full refund or resizing the foam thickness and polyfill wrap and seeing if that was to her satisfaction.. They emphasized that they just "wanted her to be happy in the end" and they certainly delivered. All cushions were resized with NEW foam(* which we were both a witness to) at a less thickness with additional polyfill lining, resulting in a custom cushion that not only feels comfortable but has made the couch look brand new for pennies on the dollar, as opposed to buying a new one for 10x the amount of what it cost to refill the cushions. Dont waste your time or spend 2-3x the amount of having your cushions refilled at a furniture outlet , when these guys can deliver the same professional quality, if not better, as each cushion was specifically cut to size, with the polyfill seams glued together, rather than just being stapled with fabric lining as was evidenced by her prior "Ethan Allen" cushions which were likely outsourced in another country. Bottom line, if your not happy, theyre not happy and they back up theyre expert craftsmanship with a full refund if not satisfied. I just hope theyre still around when my cushions need a facelift. * FYI, all materials used are locally made, so your not only getting a great product with a professional result but supporting other local businesses and jobs as...

Read moreAfter a two week hassle with Joann where I still didn’t have product I walked into Colonial Foam with one of a set of six chairs I am redoing. In 15 minutes I had all the materials I needed AND a tutorial with tips and tricks the pros use. The foam was not a generic one size but custom cut to the size I needed. They also carry vinyl which I purchased to cover the foam. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Oh and the cost? Joann’s wanted $80 plus tax for just the foam. Colonial charged me less than $100 total for the foam, vinyl AND they told me how to make the process easier. Don’t know when the next foam project will be but I won’t go...
